1. Bugs makes troubles - the ROM may contain several bugs / deffects as the new ROM is not inspected by the manufacturer and the developer. Like stucks and the screen frozen.
2. Hardware problems and issues - The new ROM may not support the camera always and the clarity can be less than in the stock, flashlight and the speaker. The heating issues can also be observed in some new phones with a high RAM.
3. Battery issues - The battery life consumption can be increased, if its work or RAM is highly increased. The increased charging time taken can also be observed in some phones.
